Built by Massa Construction Group, this villa is located in a gated community in one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive neighborhoods at walking distance from Lincoln Road and Sunset Harbor. The south – south/west open bay view, facing famous Standard Hotel and Downtown Miami, allows for some of the most beautiful sunsets the city has to offer.
Renowned architect Cesar Molina, who specializes in tropical modern architecture, designed this unique estate along with interior designer firm Dunagan Diverio Design Group.
The luxurious 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath property features floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom-designed wine cellar with the capacity to store more than 150 selections, a fireplace-bookcase wall adorned in Florida keystone, a gourmet custom kitchen with bronze details featuring Taj-Mahal marble, SubZero and Wolf appliances, a modern Porsche lighting system designed by Apure Lighting and Dornbracht and Hansgrohe fixtures throughout the house.
On the first floor, large scale Capri Pearl Limestone flooring surrounds the common areas and hallways, with custom wood doors from floor to ceiling. The second floor has a modern large scale European Oak wood floor creating a beautiful contrast. The guest bathrooms are decorated with elongated marble mosaics and slabs of Snow White Marble with Keuco walnut vanities. The master bathroom is a combination of beautiful natural toned stone, mixing slab and bamboo like textures from Italian manufacturer Salvatori.
The tropical modern exterior was built out of Cumaru Wood and Keystone and features an infinity pool, jacuzzi spa, BBQ, outdoor bar and 75ft on the water with ocean access to accommodate a yacht up to 65 ft.
“Every detail has been carefully considered for both family and entertainment” explains Charlotte Dunagan from Dunagan Diverio Design Group.
