The guest bathrooms are decorated with elongated marble mosaics and slabs of Snow White Marble with Keuco walnut vanities. The master bathroom is a combination of beautiful natural toned stone, mixing slab and bamboo like textures from Italian manufacturer Salvatori.

The tropical modern exterior was built out of Cumaru Wood and Keystone and features an infinity pool, jacuzzi spa, BBQ, outdoor bar and 75ft on the water with ocean access to accommodate a yacht up to 65 ft.
